Television presenter Cat Deeley and her husband, comedian Patrick Kielty, have announced their separation after 13 years of marriage. The couple released a joint statement on Tuesday, July 29, 2025, confirming their decision to end their marriage.
The statement, issued via the PA news agency, read: "We have taken the decision to end our marriage and are now separated. There is no other party involved. We will continue to be united as loving parents to our children and would therefore kindly ask for our family privacy to be respected. There will be no further comment."
Deeley, 48, currently serves as the main co-presenter for ITV's "This Morning" alongside Ben Shephard, a role she took on permanently in March 2024. Kielty, 54, is the host of Ireland's "The Late Late Show."
The couple, who share two sons, Milo (9) and James (7), met in 2002 while co-hosting the BBC talent show "Fame Academy." Their friendship evolved into a relationship, and they married in September 2012 in Rome. They lived in Los Angeles for many years before relocating back to the UK in 2020.
