Small Doctor Early Life and Struggles

Small Doctor was born Adekunle Temitope in Lagos, Nigeria, on May 27, 1996. He is of Yoruba ethnicity and hails from Ese Odo, Ilaje Local Government Area of Ondo State. He grew up in Dopemu, a suburb of Lagos, where he faced many challenges and hardships. 

His family had to relocate from Kaduna to Lagos due to a violent crisis that affected them. He lived on the streets for many years, sleeping in bus parks and under bridges. He also had to fend for himself and his son, whom he had at a young age.

At a young age, Adekunle Temitope developed a passion for music and started singing in his local church choir. He also learned how to play the drums and other musical instruments.
