Jonathan clarifies his comment about Buhari, Boko Haram
Mr Jonathan reportedly said on Friday at the public presentation of a book authored by former Chief of Defence Staff, Lucky Irabor, a general, that Boko Haram once nominated Mr Buhari as its preferred negotiator.
